Complaint Details
I purchased a Godrej refrigerator for ₹24,000 on 08/09/2026. It stopped working on 07/10/2026, within one month of purchase. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. A technician inspected it on 10/10/2026 and reported a faulty rear circuit board. Food items and medicines were spoiled. Complaint No. 541505 | Service Request No. 83668560. I request immediate replacement of the defective refrigerator or a full refund. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.
