No response for warranty despite multiple attemps to reach them.

On September 20, 2025, I have ordered a Go Boult Drift Smart Watch (Brand Name : Go Boult), through Zepto (channel). The product details mentioned the warranty period is for 1 year. The watch suddenly didn't switch on within 3 month of purchase but there were no service centre for GoBoult available in all over Chennai city. And, on september 3, 2026 we reached out to Zepto and GoBoult through email. Zepto directed us to GoBoult to deal with it directly. So, we called their customer support number and it was an automated call or robot call rather any person behind it. It mentioned to raise a ticket in their website and I did so. There were no response from them to my mail or number, but the website said I will receive a response in mail a ticket number. Since I didnt receive a mail, within 2 days I registered again, and no response this time as well. I mailed them twice again yet no response. My warranty will end in 2 more days now. It 16 days since I raised a warranty claim request. I genuienly feel that the brand deliberately avoid responding to lapse my warranty deadline.
