I ordered an S20 5G Smartwatch (Black) from G-mart (Order ID: #1063) for ₹999 on 8 September 2026. It was delivered late on 17 September 2026, and I received a different product than the one ordered. I submitted a return request and the required unboxing video as instructed, but I have not received a proper response. I request a return and a full refund of ₹999 or replacement with the correct product.
