Online scam in Book publication

I saw an online handwriting job advertisement from a book publication on Instagram. After seeing the advertisement, I commented that I was interested in applying for the job. They provided me with several project options and asked me to pay a registration fee. They also sent me a scanner for the work. After that, I paid the registration fee through Google Pay. Later, they asked me to send ₹4,000 for the book parcel. They told me that all the amounts I paid would be refunded along with my advance payment. Afterwards, they asked me to send ₹5,000 for verification. I became suspicious at that point, so I did not send the amount. However, they continued to pressure me to make the payment. I asked them for the company details, and they sent me some documents as proof. I checked the company details on Google and found information stating that it was a scam. I also found that genuine publications do not charge such fees for providing handwriting jobs. After realizing that I might have been scammed, I came to file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Police.
