Complaint against Ghar Soaps – Order #12339158 I placed an online order with Ghar Soaps on 12 September 2026 and paid ₹2,422. The order ID is #12339158. As of 21 September 2026, the order is still showing “Not Fulfilled”. I have not received any dispatch confirmation or tracking details. The seller's response only states that the order is being processed and that tracking details will be provided soon. I have already contacted the seller by email regarding the issue, but the order status remains unchanged. I request NCH to intervene and help me obtain either the product with proper dispatch/tracking details or a full refund of ₹2,422. Order ID: #12339158 Amount: ₹2,422 Order date: 12-09-2026
