I am writing this complaint regarding a case of fraud money taken from me. My refund request has been denied so far. I am asking that my money be returned to me. I also request that the account involved in this fraud be frozen so that no further misuse of funds can happen. I request the concerned platform or authority to look into this matter and ensure my money is refunded at the earliest, and that action is taken to freeze the account linked to this fraud.
