Paid money for product but they did provide

I am writing to report an online financial fraud in which I lost ₹3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only) through a Google Pay/UPI transaction. I contacted a seller through WhatsApp regarding the purchase of a product. The seller asked me to transfer ₹3,000 through Google Pay as payment for the product. Based on their assurance that the product would be provided after receiving the payment, I transferred the amount to the UPI account provided by them. After making the payment, the seller did not provide the product. I subsequently contacted the seller several times through WhatsApp, but they have stopped responding to my messages/calls. I now believe that I have been deceived and that the payment was obtained fraudulently. I also request you to investigate the recipient’s bank/UPI account and take appropriate steps to trace and, if possible, recover the amount of ₹3,000. I am ready to provide all supporting evidence, including the Google Pay transaction receipt, WhatsApp conversations, screenshots of the product/advertisement, seller’s contact details, and other relevant information. I kindly request your assistance in taking appropriate action under the applicable laws and helping me recover the fraudulent amount.
