Complaint Regarding Repeated Fraud Calls, Unauthorized OTPs and False Loan Claims

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report repeated suspicious/fraudulent calls and unauthorized OTP attempts that I have been receiving on my mobile number. I have received multiple OTPs for login/verification activities that were not initiated by me. Along with these OTPs, I am also receiving calls from unknown individuals claiming that my brother has taken a loan. They are attempting to involve me in the call and discuss the alleged loan/account with me. I have not taken or authorized any such loan/account activity, and I have not requested these OTPs or login attempts. I am concerned that these individuals may be attempting to obtain my personal information, misuse my mobile number, or carry out a cyber/financial fraud. I request you to kindly investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the phone numbers involved. I can provide the following evidence: Screenshots of the OTP messages. Call logs showing the suspicious calls. Phone numbers used by the callers. Call recordings, if required. Any SMS/WhatsApp messages received from the individuals. I have not shared any OTP, PIN, password, bank details or other confidential information with the callers. Kindly register my complaint and advise me regarding any further action required from my side.
