Complaint Details
I received a WhatsApp call from an unknown person who fraudulently induced me to transfer ₹40,000 from my bank account. Believing the information provided by the caller, I made the transaction to the bank account given by him. Later, I realized that I had been cheated. The fraudster's mobile number is now switched off/unreachable. I have details of the transaction, bank account, mobile number and WhatsApp call/chat and can provide them as evidence. I request that the matter be investigated and necessary action be taken to recover my ₹40,000 and identify the fraudster.
