I have ordered an a item in 2 piece order id is OD[protected]. This order dilivered on 20 sep 2026 with missing 1 item.after that i have filled the complaint on flipkart portal on the same day 20 sep 2026 and give the folloup every day. But after 7 days customer care told me your complaint period was 7 days is over now and you cant fill any complaints against company. If i have filled complaint on same day then how i should not get any clarification from flipkart. I want to Justice in this case please.

I have paid the reconnection amount nearly 3000 but they not responding me back no reconnection has been done yet
