My order is expected to on 5 sept and it’s delay to 11 sep and delivery agency unable to deliver package and customer service say until delivery not happens they are unable to refund my money from 1 week I am trying to explaining situation and every time same answer and refund my money

I have paid the reconnection amount nearly 3000 but they not responding me back no reconnection has been done yet
