I bought Voltas water cooler from Flipkart 5 months back in last month that is September 12th suddenly the water motor is working and on September 13th I raised the issue to Flipkart they told they are responsible for that I should connect with the brand i said ok for that and connect with brand after 1 week the technician came confirmed that water motor is not working and will replace new within 1 week for it is October 7th till now the Voltas brand is not responding and Flipkart is saying they are responsible and I need my refund

I have paid the reconnection amount nearly 3000 but they not responding me back no reconnection has been done yet
