I have ordered the Crompton Mixer grinder from Flipkart, inside the juicer jar the fruit filter accessorie was missing, and I had requested for return flipkart denied the return and given me a assurance of giving the token of apology of an amount 475/- rupees after several issue been reported by me l, there is no proper action taken from Flipkart, after every conversation they had assured me of giving the token of apology amount And now the replacement/rett window is closed i cannot reach out to support team

I have paid the reconnection amount nearly 3000 but they not responding me back no reconnection has been done yet
