Return deadline passed on 26 october return was initiated on 23rd October, I am with customer care regarding refund, they are denying to give me in writen, they are still saying you have to wait at least 48 hr, I can not wait, I have already waited 4 days, please take this on priority and take legal action I need

I have paid the reconnection amount nearly 3000 but they not responding me back no reconnection has been done yet
