Complaint Details
Today I have order groceries item from Flipkart minutes at the time of check out they don't have cash on delivery available so I pay the amount at the advance before delivery and the delivery must happened after 30 minutes of checking out my order but it is cancelled by them without any proper reason I keep trying to call them connect them but they don't have any customer care number I have getting pop up from their help section in orders they are saying I have to receive my refund on 9th of November but I order it today 11 of November 2026 I don't know what should I do

I have paid the reconnection amount nearly 3000 but they not responding me back no reconnection has been done yet
