Ordered bicycle on 5 Oct; defective item replaced on 30 Oct. Installation still pending despite daily promises. Refund requested,

I placed an order for a bicycle on Flipkart on 5th October 2026, which was delivered on 16th October 2026. However, due to a product malfunction, the Flipkart-authorised installer raised a replacement request. Accordingly, I received the replacement bicycle on 30th October 2026. Unfortunately, even after receiving the replacement product, the installation has not yet been completed. Every morning, I receive a message from Flipkart stating that the installation will be done, but by evening, I receive another apology message stating that the installation could not be completed.
