Customer care is not responding for my Flipkart order and delivering the product

I ordered a Kenstar 2026 Model 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter 5-in-1 Convertible AC with Rapid Cool Technology (Model 155IPG26WKS, White) on the Flipkart application on October 14, 2026. The expected delivery date given at the time of order was October 22, 2026. Flipkart failed to deliver the AC on the promised date. The delivery date was later changed to October 27, 2026, but even this revised date was not honoured and the delivery kept getting extended further without the product being delivered. I contacted Flipkart customer care regarding this delay, but they have not responded properly or given a clear reason or confirmed delivery date. I request that the AC be delivered immediately without further delay. If immediate delivery is not possible, I request a full refund of the amount paid for this order.
