Non delivery of laptop purchased by me

I placed an order for a laptop on Flipkart on the 9th, with the promised delivery date of the 15th. The order reached the delivery hub on the 13th but kept getting rescheduled repeatedly. On the 23rd, the order showed “Out for Delivery,” but the delivery agent did not contact me. When I called him, he instructed me to collect the laptop from the hub myself. Initially, I refused, but on the 24th, he again insisted that I collect it from the hub, stating that they would not deliver it to my address. When I visited the hub on the 24th, the delivery agent inspected my old laptop, which was in good condition and being exchanged. He shared a link displaying the final exchange value of ₹3,800, which I accepted. However, he pressured me to reject that amount and pay the difference demanded by him. I refused, stating that I would accept the amount displayed in the official link. Following this, the delivery agent refused to hand over my new laptop. He also stated that he would keep rescheduling the order, and this has continued. Despite contacting Flipkart, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. It has been days, and I am still waiting for my laptop. I request immediate intervention, delivery of my order under the agreed terms, and appropriate action against this unfair conduct.
