I had placed an order on Flipkart for a Panasonic 1.5 ton 5 star AC. The promised delivery date was 22nd October, but the product has still not been delivered to me even after 15 days from the date of order. Since the delivery date passed, I have been following up with Flipkart regarding the status of my order. Each time, I am told that the product will be delivered "today," but despite repeated assurances, the AC has still not arrived. There has been no proper update or resolution from Flipkart regarding this delay. I request Flipkart to either deliver the AC immediately or provide a full refund of the amount I paid for this order.
