Order delaying

Maine flipkart se samsung galaxy s25 5g 9 October 2026 ko order kiya tha aur mujhe app mai show kragya tha ki mujhe mere order 10 October ko mil jayega 10 October 2026 ko mujhe flipkart ke taraf se what's app pr message ata hai ki mere order out of delivery ho chuka hai to maine ussi din delivery partner ko call kiya aur pucha aab kab tak aoge to unhe ne bola ki mai apke pass shyam tak aa jaunga phir maine shyam ko call kiya to unnka call nhi lgg rha tha phir mujhe raat ko flipkart ki taraf se mssg ata hai ki mere 10 October ko delivery nhi ho payega due to some unexpected issue unhe bola ki aapko ham 11 October ko deliver krdenge aur same mujhe 11 October ko mere order delivery nhi hota phir 11 October se leker aaj tak (17 October) ko mujhe mere order receive nhi hua hai maine inka customer support wala se bhi baat krri but koi proper response nhi mila kha rha hai logistics issue ki wajah se ham aapka order delivery nhi krr paa rha hai aur mere order delay pe delay hota jaa rha please help me
