Complaint Details
I ordered an Air Conditioner from Flipkart for an amount of Rs. 41,500. The product has still not been delivered to me, and the delivery date keeps getting extended every day without any resolution. I tried to cancel the order since it was not being delivered, but I am unable to cancel it through the platform. I request a full refund of Rs. 41,500 since the product was never delivered to me despite the repeated promised delivery dates.
