Complaint Details
I had returned a Safari bag via Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected], AWB: [protected]). Inside the bag, cash of ₹5500 and goods worth ₹2500 (Total ₹8000) were securely kept. During transit/pickup processing, the contents were stolen. Flipkart support is arbitrarily denying liability and falsely blaming me. NCH Docket 10568384 is already registered but unresolved. Requesting immediate full refund and action against deficiency in service."
