Purchased a mobile in flipkart big billion day sale on 8th of October 2026 - it got damaged while unboxing and display isn't working flipkart gave damage and theft protection for a validity of 30 days since purchase, even after raising so many tickets and uploading of required documents and pictures to jeeves (flipkart associate) in the official flipkart app multiple times there's no response from the company. Now it's a loss of time a money for me because of this issue.
