I paid the amount for the flight ticket. But i didnt recieve the ticket PNR. I tried contacting the company but they are not responding.

I booked airline ticket from Devgarh to Delhi on 16th October . Money was directed from my account, but I didn’t receive the PNR of the airline. I tried contacting them. I messaged them on their customer service but they are not responding. I even tried to call them on their official number but it is showing that the phone number is invalid. They are not telling me the current status of my booking.
