Complaint Details
I transferred ₹1,000 and ₹2,000 to the wrong UPI ID through CRED using my SBI bank account. Both transactions were successful and the amounts were debited from my account. The payments were made by mistake to an unintended beneficiary. I have contacted/raised a complaint with my bank and CRED for reversal and recovery. I request the concerned authority to kindly assist in tracing the transaction and recovering the wrongly transferred amount. I am providing the transaction details, UTR numbers, date/time and beneficiary UPI ID as required.
