tortured by the company and failed to provide proper link

hello i have pre booked the mustang ignite gold watch on the go boult website and paid advance amount of 2998rs and was waiting for the balance payment link. the link i have received showing me full amount to pay again i.e 12000 as i had pre book so amount should be less of pre book amount but they fail to provide me link always saying me you will get a link your case is escalated but till now they fail to provide me a proper link since 6 september 2026 i am totally disturbed by the company and mentally harassed by chatting and calling them almost every day i want compensation from the company of 30000 for unfair trade practise and getting me mentally disturbed by not giving a proper solution i am totally fed up by this
