i had applied for connection in exitel which provides service for internet connection . i reccharged for a month . in order to change the house connection they tricked me into buying additonal 1 yr recharge . exiel has 2 venors in that vicinity just to safe guard their inttrest and confuse the customer , now they are not commiting to connection change and not refund the money eithet
