Complaint Details
I had purchased a water purifier AMC from Eureka Forbus. Currently, the purifier is not getting any power supply, due to which water is not coming out of it and the unit is not working. I am facing this issue with the product and need it to be resolved by the company. I request Eureka Forbus to send a technician to check the power supply issue in my water purifier and repair or fix it at the earliest, so that it starts working properly again but they did not respond it from last 22 days and technician also not answered my phone calls and not help got from customer service
