Fraud company. They show advertisements in Instagram after you place order it gets disappear.. no reply from customer service nothing ..

I ordered clothes from Epoqe via Instagram on 23 September 2026. The delivery was initially promised within 5 days, but the date kept getting extended, and I received the order only on 19 October 2026. The product quality is extremely poor, and the seller is not responding to my return or refund requests. The Instagram page has also disappeared. I want a full refund and wish to file an official complaint against this seller to prevent others from being misled.
