I purchased a SkullSaints Mini PC from Electroniksindia on 11 February 2023. In October 2026, I raised a complaint regarding a problem with this device. After receiving a mail from Electroniks India regarding my complaint, I sent the device to them by courier for inspection and repair. However, they were unable to repair the device and informed me that it was unrepairable. Since the company has failed to repair the product I paid for, I demand a proper resolution from Electroniks India, either by repairing the device, replacing it, or refunding the amount I paid for it.
