I purchased hearing aid machine from ear solutions on March 2026.The machine get damage a little bit so I contact sales & service executive from nagpur for the service. He take the machine for service & told that I will get the machine within 1 month. From that day he didn't give any proper updates,not even pick cl or replay & it's over 3 months I can't get the machine.
