New Treadmill got defective within 7 days

I registered a complaint with your Customer Care on 7 september regarding maintenance and repair of my treadmill. Following the complaint, your technician visited and inspected the treadmill. During the inspection, the technician found that the motor and PCB were defective. Accordingly, the required spare parts were ordered by your team. However, almost 10 days has now been completed, and I have still not received the motor and PCB, nor has my treadmill been repaired. I have made several attempts to contact your customer care team by phone, but I am unable to get through, and even when I have been able to contact your team, I have not received any satisfactory response. No proper dispatch status, tracking details, expected delivery date, or clear update regarding the motor and PCB has been provided to me. This prolonged delay has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I have been unable to use my treadmill for nearly a month despite having purchased it for regular use. In view of the above, I request the company to: 1. Arrange immediate replacement of my treadmill with a new unit, instead of prolonging the repair process. 2. Provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and loss suffered by me due to the one-month delay. 3. If the company is unable to replace the treadmill immediately, provide a written commitment with a definite date for replacement/complete resolution. 4. Provide the complete status and tracking details of the ordered motor and PCB.
