Durafit91™ Compact Lite 3HP Peak BLDC Motor Walkpad Treadmill with Remote Control | 120 kg User which stopped working with a week.

I had purchased Durafit91™ Compact Lite 3HP Peak BLDC Motor Walkpad Treadmill with Remote Control | 120 kg User for my wife who is pregnant, but this product did not work as expected and stopped working with a week, and we had contacted durafit where a third party technician came and took the motherboard informing that the power supply on the board was bad and should be sent to Mumbai for repair, and till now it has been 5 months, they do not respond to any of my calls nor to the emails and even if they answer, they are rude and abusive with a bossy tone. It looks like I have been scammed very badly, I understand about the electronic devices as an Electronics Engineer, but this is a cheap product with which customers are scammed, I want my money back as a refund. Feeling very bad that these products have been launched in India which no consumer ethics.
