I ordered a hair styling tool from drumstone online from Amazon on the day of delivery the product didn't worked at all when I contacted the company they asked for multiple terms which I deliberately fulfilled but suddenly they stopped responding at all and on Amazon the product is non refundable and now I want the company to take accountability of their defective product and give me full refund amount with compensation to keep the customer in shadow and not helping me even though the company says the product has warranty for 15 years .
