Delivery received and payment done but no invoice received

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the invoice issue with my order. As clearly shown in the attached screenshots, the order was successfully placed, delivered, and the payment was successfully completed. However, after receiving the order, it was subsequently marked as cancelled. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. Since the order was successfully delivered and fully paid for, I am entitled to receive the corresponding bill/invoice and invoice number
