Complaint Details
I saw an advertisement on Instagram from the company Ditch the Guilt for chocolates, where they offered a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Based on this offer, I placed an order for the product and made the payment online. However, I have not received the product till now, despite having paid for it. The company has not delivered the item I ordered. I request that the company either deliver the product I paid for immediately or refund the full amount I paid online, since I have not received what I ordered.
