I saw an advertisement on Instagram from Ditch the Guilt for protein chocolates priced at Rs. 89 due to a discount. Based on this, I ordered 2 chocolates on September 21. As per their claim, I should have received the order by September 25-26, but I have still not received it and have no way to track my order status. I tried to resolve this by emailing the company, but they have not replied. I also tried calling their customer care number, but it is invalid and not reachable. I have no way to contact the seller regarding my order. I request that my order be delivered immediately, or if that is not possible, I want a full refund of the amount I paid for the 2 chocolates.
