Brand takes fake orders based on fake claims and doesnt respond or refund the money.

I placed an order with Ditch The Guilt based on claims made by the brand about their product. After placing the order, I found that the claims made to get the order were false. Since then, I have tried to get a response from the company, but they are not responding to my queries and have not issued any refund for the amount I paid. I request that the company respond to my complaint and refund the full amount I paid, since the order was taken on the basis of false claims. The company has put fake google revies and fake claims related to their ratings on the website misleading people and still taking orders. This brand qebsite needs to be taken down and owners need to be booked for financial fraud , they have defrauded a lot of people .
