Maine instagram se ek online I phone order Kiya tha usne bola 5000 me aayega 2 din baad uska call aya bola ki paise pahle payment karo phir order aayega payment karne ke baad phir or paise mang raha hai mai bola cancel kr do to bolta hai ki cancel karne charg lagega 2000 rupiya 3 baar mere se paise liya sir please help
