Complaint Details
I am writing to complain about my recent order worth ₹800. When I received the parcel, the underwear appeared to be used and had visible stains on it. This is completely unacceptable and is a serious hygiene concern, especially for an intimate product. Although I understand that there may be no return or exchange option, I received an unsanitary product that was not in acceptable condition. I therefore request a full refund of ₹800. I have photographs of the product and stains as proof.
