Non-Refund of ₹3,000 by DC Food Services for Discontinued Food Service

I paid ₹4,000 to DC Food Services for a 30-day food service. However, I received food for only 6 days, and the food quality was not satisfactory. I requested a refund, and ₹1,000 was deducted, with ₹3,000 remaining to be refunded. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone, they are not answering my calls and have stopped providing food. I request assistance in obtaining my pending refund of ₹3,000.
