I bought an 18W Philips inverter lamp from D-Mart about two months ago; at the time, they had marked the date of sale, the one-year warranty details, the bill number, and a signature on the lamp itself. Now, however, the lamp does not turn on during power outages—it only works when connected to mains electricity. When I took it back to D-Mart, they claimed they had no record of that bill number.
