Payment not done on Time

I had given my laptop to Abhi of Cyber Security and Services on around 23-24 August, 2026, for service. At the time of submitting the laptop, I asked him to provide me a replacement laptop in the meantime. He failed to provide the replacement laptop on time. Following this, I asked him to instead pay me a reasonable amount in lieu of the replacement laptop. However, he has failed to pay this amount as well, and the issue remains unresolved even as of today, 7 October 2027. I have proof of these conversations in the form of WhatsApp chats and call recordings. I request that Abhi of Cyber Security and Services either return my laptop in proper working condition without further delay, or pay me a reasonable amount as compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused, as was agreed between us.
