Complaint Details
I had ordered a Lakshmi Dhanyog bracelet and raw pyrite anklet combo set online from the seller Crysaluxe, for an amount of Rs 699. Instead of the product I ordered, I received a cheap children's bracelet worth around Rs 20. The item I actually ordered never arrived. When I tried calling the seller to resolve this issue, they are not picking up my calls. I request a full refund of Rs 699 or delivery of the correct product I had ordered, and I want action to be taken against the seller for this fraudulent and cheating behaviour.
