Complaints against Online shopping

Yah ek channel jo ki logon Ko saste kapde ke bahane unse payment mangata hai aur unke kapde bhi nahin bhejta

They said there is no COD, after the payment only dispatch the dress. So I paid Rs. 1000/- after paid I now there is no response
