I would like to raise a complaint regarding three orders that have not been delivered for almost one month. The products ordered were: FWD Glitchez – Men Pure Cotton Baggy Jeans Bella Vita Organic – Bella Vita Set of Fresh Eau De Toilette FWD Bella Vita Organic – Men Eau De Parfum 20ml Each – White O I contacted Myntra customer support regarding the non-delivery. I was informed that the issue would be resolved within a maximum of two days and that the products would be delivered. However, even after the given time, the products have not been delivered and I have not received any proper resolution or update. I am also not receiving proper communication regarding the status of these orders. I request that the matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure delivery of the products or provide a full refund for the undelivered orders.
