I have ordered a maroon shirt from snitch website online coating 1079 rs. The order was delivered, due to size issue we requested to return the parcel however the 1 St person who was supposed to come for pickup transfer the work to some other person and gave 2nd pickup mans number who promised to complete by 5 pm 14 sept. Since 15 sept morning we called delivery person and shipping company: "shiprocket". & Seller Snitch Both were non responsive. On 16 th sept upon requesting they again updated status as ready to pickup but within 2 hrs without any call it again says phone no. Not available. Even after checking we are available at home given address all day. Didn't receive any call from the shiprocket. Its completel scam. We have to take time every half hour to follow up these people. The delivery person once lied as well !
