Refrigerator didn’t work within 2 days of installation and company is ignoring

We bought refrigerator from electronic paradise of whirlpool company which was found to be defected in 2 days only. On raising complaint they are just manipulating and no further resolution. Sometimes they say door issue sometimes cooling issue and now they have stopped responding to my dad’s calls as he has bought it he is coordinating but being old he can’t go daily to store and his calls are ignored now. I have marked mail to company ceo and Helpdesk but still no action don’t know it’s operating.
