Refund didn't receive

am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a failed online dormitory booking transaction on the official CNBT portal and the subsequent delay in receiving my promised refund. On [14 /10/26], I attempted to book a dormitory bed through the CNBT online portal and successfully made a payment of ₹200. Although the amount was deducted from my bank account, the portal did not generate a booking confirmation or assign a room number. Due to this technical error, I had to visit the CNBT Dormitory Office in person on [14/10/26]. The counter staff acknowledged the technical glitch, assured me not to worry, and instructed me to submit a physical complaint application. I was explicitly promised by the officials on duty that the ₹200 refund would be credited back to my account by the end of that month. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the refund. Furthermore, I sent a detailed email describing this issue to your official support email address ([protected]@ori.nic.in) on [Insert Date of Email Sent], but I have neither received a resolution nor an acknowledgement response to date. As a commuter, this unresolved financial discrepancy and lack of communication have caused me significant inconvenience. Therefore, I request you to kindly review my application on priority, track the failed transaction, and initiate the refund of ₹200 to my source account immediately.
