Complaint Details
I Recieved a burnt parcel with tape all around it, i accepted the parcel as I thought product will be ok inside it as there is no mention in website that do not accept the parcel in any ways . Also I Recieved a defective peice which has hole on it and is not in right condition. I have all the proofs also . I sent everything to them but they clearly denied to refund my money.
